Office‑based 3 days per week in Harwell, Oxfordshire.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- In‑Store
- Work with the sales team and Senior Marketing Executive on shop‑in‑shop opportunities.
- Provide bespoke artwork for retailers.
- Source printing of header boards and other materials as required.
- Visit accounts with the sales team to identify opportunities to improve brand presence and execute accordingly.
- Assist the Senior Marketing Executive to maintain an in‑stock position of all merchandising materials at all times.
- Maintain the merchandising materials price list in conjunction with the finance team.
- Events
- Prepare for events with the marketing team and DTC & Community Events Manager, including ordering products and returning them to stock after the event.
- Liaise with the product team to organise samples as needed.
- Pack up for the event.
- Order POS items as required.
- Work with the Graphic & Digital Design Executive to create signage and ensure it is sourced and delivered.
- Identify relevant events for potential sponsorship and liaise with event organisers.
- Attend key events and trade shows for set‑up through to breakdown as required.
- Key Accounts / Retailers
- Support the preparation and ongoing support of Go To Market Plans for key accounts and retailers, in partnership with Senior Marketing Executive and Area Managers.
- Present Go To Market plans to key accounts and serve as their main marketing contact to ensure amplification of the brand.
- Align across all departments to ensure all activity is in line with brand marketing schedules.
- Press
- Review, recommend, book and submit print and digital advertising.
- Liaise with digital platforms to obtain ad statistics for campaign success analysis.
- PR
- Assist with PR requests from the agency and press.
- Place orders and arrange collections as required.
- Act as the main PR contact for equestrian and work press.
- Create press releases for key products.
- Identify additional opportunities within key equestrian titles and supply relevant content, including fashion features, rider interviews, training features, competitions, letter pages and influencers.
- Work with the Organic Content & Social Media Executive to identify, contact and manage relationships with work/agricultural influencers.
About You
- 3+ years relevant experience.
- Understanding of the agricultural industry is preferable.
- Marketing qualification.
- Clean, valid driving licence.
- Interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally.
- Articulate with strong verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Organised with good time management and ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Creativity.
- Customer service orientation.
- General office and retail experience would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with digital environments, especially social media.
