This role is office-based in Harwell, Oxfordshire 3 days per week.
As Ariat Europe’s Marketing Coordinator, you will be assisting the wider Marketing team in all areas of the marketing mix.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- In-Store
- Provide proactive day-to-day support to the sales and marketing team with:
- Supply of fixtures and fittings
- Events
- Work with the marketing team to prepare for events, including:
- Ordering products and returning these to stock post event
- Liaising with the product team to organise samples as needed
- Packing up for the event
- Ordering POS items as required
- Attend key events and trade shows for set-up through to breakdown as required
- Social Media & Influencers
- Assist the Organic Content & Social Media Executive as required, including:
- Placing orders for influencers
- Collating influencer content
- Organising items for photoshoots
- Identifying new influencers and following new pages to increase our reach
- Creating content as required
- Brand Ambassadors
- Support the Marketing Executives with the day-to-day handling of our brand ambassadors, including placing orders for product as needed
- Respond to their enquiries during periods of absence by the Marketing Executives
- Trade Marketing
- Provide retailers with product images as requested – in the first instance access should be provided to the Image Library
- Become the “go-to” person in the marketing team for any Image Library enquiries
- Assist the Digital & Graphic Design Executive to prepare images for our online sales tool, ElasticPress
- Review equestrian and work press to maintain an office media file of all print and digital press, provide the sales team with an electronic version on a monthly basis
- PR
- Assist the marketing executives with PR requests from our agency and press
- Placing orders and arranging collections as required
About You
- Marketing or relevant qualification preferred or experience in a similar role
- Clean valid driving licence
- Interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally
- Articulate with strong verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail
- Organised with good time management and ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently

- General office and retail experience would be beneficial to this role
