Dans le cadre de nos projets dans le secteur aéronautique, nous recherchons un Programmeur CFAO Usinage Tournage (H/F).
Le poste est à pourvoir depuis Méru (60).
- Les Missions Proposées
- Réaliser les programmes CN de tournage à partir des modèles CAO et dossiers techniques
- Définir et optimiser les stratégies d'usinage
- Garantir la faisabilité industrielle des opérations de tournage
- Réduire les temps de cycle et améliorer les performances d'usinage
- Participer aux mises au point des nouveaux procédés et aux industrialisations
- Assurer le support technique auprès des équipes production
- Participer à la mise en production de nouveaux moyens d'usinage.
- Préparer, qualifier et valider les industrialisations associées aux nouveaux équipements
- Garantir l'atteinte des performances attendues (qualité, temps de cycle, capabilité, robustesse du procédé)
- Assister les ateliers lors des phases de lancement
- Résoudre les problématiques techniques liées aux programmes CN
- Participer aux démarches d'amélioration continue
- PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
De formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 en Mécanique / Productique / Usinage, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 5 ans en programmation tournage CN en environnement exigeant (aéronautique, spatial, Défense, Energie).
Vous maitrisez TOPSOLID V7.
Vous connaissez CATIA.
