Notre groupe de 320 Personnes en forte croissance recherche pour l’un de ses sites du groupe dans les Alpes-Maritimes un Chef d’Atelier (H/F).

- LES MISSIONS
- Superviser l’activité des collaborateurs sur le terrain en traitant les difficultés rencontrées.
- Organiser et répartir le travail au sein de l’atelier, en planifiant les ressources, en encadrant les équipes et en animant les rituels de pilotage de la production (AIC…).
- Optimiser les processus de fabrication existant en identifiant les axes d'optimisation et d'amélioration, tout en en maîtrisant les coûts de production.
- Intervenir directement sur les opérations de production (intégration mécanique, câblage, ...).
- Assurer la coordination entre les responsables de projets et les équipes de production, en relayant les informations et en facilitant la prise de décision.
- Collaborer avec les différents Services de l’entreprise, ainsi qu’avec les fournisseurs et les clients lorsque nécessaire.
- Contrôler l’application des procédures de production et veiller au respect des règles de sécurité, d’hygiène et d’environnement au sein de l’atelier.
- S’assurer du bon état et de la maintenance des équipements (suivi des outils en métrologie).
- Gérer les aléas de production et les situations relationnelles afin d’assurer la continuité de l’activité et maintenir un bon climat de travail entre les opérateurs.
- Réaliser des audits fournisseurs et participer aux audits internes ou clients, en veillant à la conformité des pratiques et des produits.
- Contribuer en support des chefs de projets à l'élaboration des réponses aux appels d'offres.
- Être en mesure de les réaliser si nécessaire.
Le poste est à pourvoir depuis Sophia Antipolis / Valbonne (06).
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
De formation Technicien Supérieur en Production, vous avez de bonnes connaissances en électronique/électrotechnique, en mécanique, en management d'équipe ou expérience équivalente.
Vous avez l’habilitation électrique BE/BS, CACES R485 ainsi que la certification IPC-A-620.
Nous recherchons des profils dynamiques, autonomes et ayant un bon relationnel.
