Notre opportunité / missions Dans le cadre de nos projets dans le secteur de l’Aéronautique, nous recherchons un Pilote Industrialisation Tôlerie (H/F) pour être en support de son fournisseur de découpe de tôles magnétiques.

Le poste est à pourvoir depuis Méru (65).

Les missions du poste seront les suivantes Participer au démarrage série des fabrications de tôles.

Suivre la qualité des tôles en production et accompagner le contrôleur lors des fabrications.

Conseiller la chaine de production sur les problèmes rencontrés au réglage, au démarrage série et en cours de fabrication.

Accompagner les préparateurs pour l’ajustage des outillages.

Accompagner les compagnons lors de fabrications de pièces de rechange d’outillage en interne pour en assurer la conformité.

Rappeler les attendus en termes de qualité des tôles.

Participer au renouvellement des outillages.

Rédiger des cahiers des charges pour faire établir les devis auprès des outilleurs, valider les conceptions, suivre les réalisations (délai, conformité).

Assurer avec les sous-traitants outillages le démarrage des outils neufs sur site.

Assurer le reporting hebdomadaire vers les responsables désignés. Être le donneur d’Alerte en cas de perturbation de production.

Profil recherché De formation BAC+5 spécialisée en génie industriel, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative en industrialisation de pièces et tôleries.
