Secretary Oxford (on-site 5-days)£25,000 – £28,000 I am working alongsidea highly established full-service law firm, who have multiple offices around the UK. They are currently looking for an experienced Secretary (no legal experience is required) to join their team, supporting fee earners with various secretarial and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, collaborative Secretary individual, with 1-2+ years of experience working in a similar administrative position. Responsibilities: Performing a variety of administrative duties. Document management. Transcribing and proof-reading letters, emails, and other correspondence. Audio typing and file management. Typing documents and tracking amendments. Scanning and photocopying. Providing general administrative support to the team. PA duties, including taking board minutes and arranging travel.
