Legal Secretary Solihull, West Midlands (on-site 5-days)£24,000 – £27,000 I am working alongsidea highly established law firm who have multiple offices around the West Midlands. They are currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team. This position involves supporting two fee earners with file management and secretarial administrative tasks. Prior Legal Secretary experience is required. Responsibilities: Manage diaries, appointments, and meetings. Handle file management, including opening/closing files and maintaining accurate records. Manage emails: monitor inbox, file emails, and ensure urgent matters are addressed. Liaise with clients: take messages, provide updates, and resolve simple queries. Collaborate with the secretarial team to support fee earners and clients. Manage billing and financial tasks for fee earners. Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence.
