I am working with an exceptionally well-established and innovative law firm in London. They are currently seeking a Legal PA with at least four years of experience working in a Legal PA position supporting Lawyers at Partner level.

This Legal PA position is to join their IT and Data team, supporting 2 Partners and other Fee Earners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Proactively manage email, calendars, and documents; ensure confidentiality and accuracy; handle travel arrangements.
  • Business Development Support: Maintain client records, assist with pitches and events, manage billing, and update CRM systems.
  • Billing & Document Management: Oversee billing processes and produce/amend legal documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Legal PA, at a Partner level.
  • Excellent communication, high computer literacy, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
