This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the property sector while gaining hands-on experience across acquisitions, property sourcing, administration, and portfolio management. You will work closely with senior property professionals and receive comprehensive training in property investment, acquisitions, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential property acquisition opportunities
  • Assist with property valuations and investment appraisals
  • Arrange property viewings, surveys, and appointments
  • Build and maintain relationships with agents, developers, and other industry contacts
