I am working alongside a highly established full-service law firm, who have multiple offices around the UK. They are currently looking for a motivated Commercial Property Paralegal to join a friendly and supportive Commercial Property team based in Leicester. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen interest in property law and a completed law degree. There is also potential for support through the SQE route for suitable candidates.
Responsibilities of Commercial Property Paralegal:
- Draft basic legal documents and client letters under supervision
- Conduct legal research and assist with administrative tasks
- Prepare document bundles and manage client/matter files
- Attend and take notes in client meetings (in-person and virtual)
- Liaise with clients via phone and email
- Support the coordination of seminars and events
Requirements:
- Law degree holder with an interest in Commercial Property
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office
- Team player with a proactive, motivated approach
