The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters working in a small team. The role will be broad in nature and cover corporate and commercial work, funds, legal regulatory and IMA/Distribution agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of UK Legal in a variety of tasks
  • Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements
  • Face off with senior stakeholders in finance, ops, investment and compliance

Qualifications

  • England & Wales Qualified
  • Must have completed a training contract in a Law Firm
  • Has some corporate experience via a training seat or recent practice area
