Aria Partners is delighted to be supporting a high performing Private Credit Fund that is looking to appoint a Senior Fund Operations Manager into a newly created position. The incumbent will manage a team spanning both operations and fund control, acting as a key liaison between investment professionals and support teams. Furthermore, the individual will have a large part to play in the continuous development of the operational infrastructure as the firm continues to scale.
- Oversee the fund finance and portfolio reporting function across both open and closed-ended structures.
- Manage the fund audit process in collaboration with external auditors.
- Take ownership of day-to-day operations across private credit portfolios — including loan closings, settlements, cash and position reconciliations, and investor reporting.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory frameworks (MiFID, PRIIPS, etc.).
- Serve as a critical conduit between the investment team and broader operational infrastructure.
- Drive process optimisation and contribute to the build-out of operational capabilities as the business evolves.
Circa 7-10 years relevant experience in a similar role within private credit. Deep understanding of private credit instruments – syndicated loans, direct lending, NAV facilities are essential.
