We are partnering with an exciting start up that are taking market share. They work largely with emerging alternative funds and the business is looking for a head of compliance to take on the SMF16/17.
Responsibilities:
- Leading on engagement with new firms from a regulatory standpoint
- Reviewing and approving marketing material
- Monitoring and advisory, ensuring firms are kept up to date with the latest regulatory change
- Providing compliance training
- FCA returns
At least 8+ years of compliance experience. Must have worked with alternative funds and ideally should have worked in principal firms/regulatory hosting. Excellent stakeholder skills, engaging with founders and CEO's.
