Aria Partners are delighted to be partnered with a growing family office that is looking to hire an Asset Manager to oversee a growing real estate portfolio. This is a broad, hands-on role with direct exposure to senior stakeholders, responsibility for driving asset performance, and involvement in the acquisition process and new investment activity.
Key areas of focus:
- Owning and executing asset-level business plans, ensuring assets perform in line with underwriting and identifying opportunities to enhance value
- Setting and delivering leasing strategy, including managing lease events, renewals and negotiations
- Managing tenants, agents and external advisors, ensuring assets are well positioned and operated effectively
- Monitoring market dynamics and rental levels to inform pricing and strategic decisions
- Overseeing asset-level performance, including income, costs and capex, and challenging assumptions where needed
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure effective day-to-day execution
- Supporting on acquisitions and disposals, including underwriting and due diligence
- Identifying and assessing new investment opportunities alongside the CIO
Requirements:
- Has 6+ years’ experience in real estate asset management (residential and/or commercial)
- Takes a commercial, strategic view rather than purely reporting
- Has experience managing tenants, leasing processes and external advisors
- Is comfortable operating in a lean environment with real ownership
