The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters working in a small team. The role will be broad in nature and cover:

  • Corporate and commercial work
  • Funds
  • Legal regulatory
  • IMA/Distribution agreements

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of UK Legal in a variety of tasks
  • Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements
  • Face off with senior stakeholders in finance, ops, investment and compliance
