Fund Financing & Leverage
- Supporting the structuring, implementation and ongoing management of fund-level financing arrangements, including subscription facilities, NAV-based facilities and other leverage solutions.
- Assisting with competitive lender processes, including coordination of information, evaluation of terms and execution support.
- Monitoring facility utilisation, availability, interest and fee calculations.
- Supporting covenant monitoring, compliance tracking and lender reporting obligations.
- Assisting with facility amendments, renewals and new financing initiatives as the platform evolves.
Treasury, Liquidity Management & Reporting
- Managing day-to-day treasury activities across funds and vehicles, including cash positioning and liquidity oversight.
- Supporting short and medium-term cash flow forecasting linked to investment activity, capital calls and distributions.
- Assisting with liquidity planning at both fund and portfolio level.
- Maintaining oversight of bank accounts and cash balances across multiple entities.
- Preparing internal reporting on liquidity, leverage and financing exposure for senior stakeholders.
- Supporting the preparation of lender reporting packs and ad-hoc information requests.
- Assisting with treasury controls, reconciliations and process documentation.
- Supporting compliance with financing agreements and relevant fund documentation.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Working closely with internal finance teams, administrators and investment professionals to ensure timely and accurate cash movements.
- Liaising with external lenders, banks and advisors as required.
- Supporting responses to investor, audit and regulatory queries related to treasury and financing activities.
Our requirements:
- 5–8 years’ experience in a fund finance or treasury role within private markets.
- Strong exposure to liquidity management, fund-level financing and leverage structures.
- Experience supporting private credit strategies is highly preferential.
Basic is likely to be around the £100,000 mark with a competitive bonus and comprehensive wider benefits package.
