Are you ready to bring your expertise to a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment shaping the future of private markets? Looking for a rolling contract with potential to become permanent? We’re looking for a driven Fund Controller level individual to support an ambitious and growing platform that offers innovative liquid and semi-liquid investment solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior business leaders to ensure smooth oversight of fund operations across a diverse and exciting fund range. From fund onboarding to NAV oversight, your impact will be tangible and your voice heard.

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee and validate NAV and AUM numbers, diving deep into pricing, cash, fees, and efficiency metrics.
  • Act as a key point of contact for Investment Managers and Fund Administrators, handling daily valuation queries and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Drive due diligence processes for investors and managers, and help onboard new funds and third-party managers.
  • Manage custody and trade settlement exceptions, collateral relationships, and regulatory reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, collaborating with tech teams to implement smarter solutions.
Your background:
  • A degree-level education and formal accounting qualifications.
  • At least 5 years PQE or thereabouts with a background in fund accounting for private equity, private debt, credit or similar.
  • Solid knowledge of the end to end fund operations process in a closed ended fund.
  • A self-starter mindset with strong decision-making, problem-solving and accountability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a keen eye for detail under pressure.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, plus a working knowledge of investment products across equities, fixed income, alternative and OTCs.

This is a rolling 6 month contract at the perm equivalent rate of £90,000 to £100,000, hybrid working and in a prime central London location. Full unrestricted UK work rights are essential and you must be available to start this role within 4 to 6 weeks.
