Aria Partners are delighted to be working with a growing private credit fund that is looking to appoint a Financial Controller into a newly created position, sitting in its London based finance team.
The business has experienced exceptional growth and has ambitious plans for the future. As a result, this newly created position offers a fantastic opportunity to join at an exciting stage in its development, helping to build and shape the finance function as the business continues to expand. There will be plenty of scope for the successful individual to introduce new processes, develop the existing infrastructure and really put their own stamp on the function.
This is a broad role combining management company finance and CLO/fund finance, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while working closely with the investment and operations teams on the financial oversight of the firm's CLO platform.
The position will suit someone who enjoys working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment, is comfortable taking ownership and wants to play an active role in developing the finance function as the business continues to grow.
It is an excellent longer term platform for someone looking to develop towards a FD or CFO position, with the opportunity to take ownership, influence the business and grow alongside it.
