A high growth renewable energy business is urgently looking for several Customer Services representatives, ideally with experience working in the energy or utilities industry. The business operates in a high growth section of the energy sector and is currently experience rapid growth and expansion.

Please note this is an office based role, Monday to Friday with core working hours of 9 to 5. There is no remote working policy and you need to be happy being office based.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to resolve customer queries
- Accurate record-keeping of customer interactions
Skills/Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred in customer services for the energy or renewables sector and/or utilities
- Excellent phone etiquette as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, organise, prioritise work and work well under pressure
- Flexibility in a changing working environment
- IT literate and mathematically minded
- Interest in business and economics
