Do you have a background working in performance or portfolio reporting and analytics within alternative investments? This is a superb opportunity to join a high-performing performance reporting team at a fast-growing global investment firm, where your analysis will directly shape how investors and senior leadership understand fund and portfolio performance.
What you’ll do:
- Own and produce fund, portfolio, and investment performance reporting
- Calculate IRRs, TWRs, multiples, and pro-forma returns across strategies
- Build and enhance models, templates and data extracts
- Deliver insights to deal teams, capital formation and senior management
- Support new fund strategies with analytics and sensitivity modelling
- Drive data quality and reporting consistency across the platform
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years (or equivalent) in performance reporting or business operations in an alternative investment manager like private equity, credit or similar (this is essential)
- Excellent academics - degree educated and/or further professional qualifications
- Strong understanding of private markets performance metrics
- Advanced Excel and data handling/analysis skills
- Experience with portfolio accounting systems a plus
- Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
- Proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable owning work end-to-end
