Key Responsibilities:
- Leading on fundraise activities, including structuring and relevant fund documentation
- Advising on corporate governance practices
- Supporting the business on employee agreements and internal HR processes, procedures and documentation.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal and compliance matters
Desirable Skills:
- Minimum of 7-10 years PQE
- Ideally coming from a fund formation background or general funds legal background.
- Understanding of and interest in picking up general legal, regulatory and ops tasks where required.
