This is a newly created, Jersey‑based role sitting within the GP structure, with broad responsibility across fund accounting, investor reporting, compliance and multi‑entity administration in a lean environment.

This is a highly autonomous position, acting as the central operational and finance lead for the fund and associated entities. The successful candidate will take end-to-end ownership across a wide remit, working closely with senior stakeholders and external advisors.

  • Aggregation of performance data from underlying SPVs and asset-level finance teams
  • Preparation and delivery of quarterly investor reporting
  • Oversight of capital calls, distributions and fund-level cash management
  • Acting as primary point of contact for auditors and leading the audit process

Operations & Multi-Entity Management

  • Oversight of day-to-day administration across the Fund
  • Coordination of banking relationships, including account management and payment processing
  • Establishing and maintaining robust operational processes and controls

Compliance, Governance & Regulatory

  • Supporting company secretarial requirements and statutory record keeping
  • Oversight of AML/KYC processes, including investor onboarding
  • Acting as MLRO (or supporting the function, depending on regulatory setup)
  • Managing FATCA/CRS and broader regulatory reporting requirements
  • Liaising with external compliance providers and regulatory bodies as required

Platform Build & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Working closely with the CFO and Investor Relations function to build out reporting frameworks and infrastructure
  • Supporting the selection and implementation of systems and tools
  • Acting as a key point of coordination across internal teams, SPVs and external service providers

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
  • Typically 6–10 years’ experience within fund administration or another fund platform
  • Strong experience across fund accounting, investor reporting and closed-end fund structures
  • Exposure to compliance, governance and operational responsibilities within a fund environment
  • Comfortable taking ownership across multiple disciplines in a lean environment
