Aria Partners are delighted to be working with a global investment manager to identify an experienced FX professional to join their private markets team.
The role sits at the intersection of trading, infrastructure and risk, supporting the hedging needs of a growing platform with a broad international footprint.
You’ll take ownership of FX hedging activity across multiple entities, helping to structure, monitor, and optimise hedging programmes. This includes managing bank relationships, executing trades in line with best execution standards, and ensuring the legal and operational infrastructure (ISDAs, CSAs, trading lines) supports the investment strategy.
There’s also a strong emphasis on programme design and governance, refining processes, building risk dashboards and supporting new fund launches with tailored FX solutions.
We’re looking for:
- Experience running FX hedging programmes, ideally within private markets or structured credit
- Strong working knowledge of ISDA/CSA terms and counterparty negotiation
- Familiarity with third-party hedging platforms or administrators
- A practical understanding of hedge execution, collateral management, and liquidity oversight
- Technical skills in tools like Bloomberg and Excel (VBA useful)
