Working closely with a Partner at the firm and colleagues across Finance, Compliance and Legal, you will coordinate the process and help deliver a smooth experience for new investors.
What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end investor onboarding, coordinating third-party administrators, custodians and internal teams.
- Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Act as a point of contact for investors where required, helping resolve queries and progress their onboarding.
What you’ll bring
- At least 8+ years’ relevant experience within an alternative investment fund, asset manager or professional services firm, covering investor onboarding in a fund ops, compliance or investor relations capacity
- A strong understanding of KYC and AML regulatory requirements alongside the LP lifecycle is important.
- English language proficiency; an additional European language would be advantageous, particularly French, Italian or German.
