Clinical Deputy Manager required at our Galsworthy House care home in Kingston upon Thames. Care home based (37.5 hours per week). £61,000 per annum.
- What you’ll do
- Support and deputise for the Home Manager; provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care.
- Be the home\'s nursing expert, combining clinical nursing skills with management and leadership responsibilities.
- Focus on residents with complex needs, conform with the latest guidelines, make decisions to maintain high clinical governance, and regularly audit practices and procedures.
- Contribute to care plan development and assessments, conduct walk rounds, and deliver personalised, person-centred care in partnership with the team.
Who you are
An NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD).
You should be well versed in care planning processes and familiar with clinical assessment tools.
You will be keen to develop your leadership and clinical knowledge, able to build close relationships with residents and their families, and committed to continuous improvement.
