About the role
Full Time, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
£13.95 per hour
Role Responsibilities
- Support the administration function within the home, including rota management, payroll, HR, and recruitment, as well as the general day-to-day administrative running of the home.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Home Manager.
- Deliver a professional reception service, promoting the home and the organisation to residents, visitors, external authorities, and colleagues.
- Effectively manage all people data using Care UK systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, alongside a range of HR-related responsibilities.
