Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join their team in Chippenham. This is a permanent, full-time position offering £15.90 per hour for 36 or 48 hours per week, including alternate weekend work and a rotation of day and night shifts.

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and empathetic approach, coupled with a growth mindset and a strong commitment to providing excellent care. Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or in a similar leadership role within the healthcare sector is preferred.
