Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join their team at Southborough Nursing Home, a 45-bed residential, nursing, and dementia care facility in Surbiton, Surrey. The home has a 'Good' CQC rating and a 9.7 rating on Carehome.co.uk, indicating a high level of care and satisfaction among residents and their families.
Main duties of the job:
- Supporting residents with their everyday lives, ensuring they receive the compassionate and person-centered care they deserve.
This is a full-time, 36-hour per week role, with night shifts from 8 pm to 8 am and alternating weekend work.
