This is a great opportunity for a friendly, caring, and welcoming person to join the team at Denham Manor, a 52-bedded residential, nursing, and dementia home. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the reception area, and supporting the daily operations of the home.
Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Denham Manor, your main responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and providing administrative support to the team. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and other stakeholders, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring the reception area is well-organized and presentable.
