The role of Clinical Deputy Manager at Sundridge Court Nursing Home in Bromley, Kent offers an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to take on a leadership position within a well-regarded 30-bed residential, nursing, and dementia care home. Main duties of the job:

  • Support the Home Manager in the overall management and coordination of clinical care.
  • Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered to all residents.
  • Manage a team of nurses and care staff.
  • Oversee clinical processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to promote the wellbeing and independence of the residents.

The role requires 48 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday with some occasional weekend work.
