About the role:
Head Housekeeper
38hrs per week (including working every other weekend)
£14.31ph
Duties:
- To supervise, motivate and control domestic and laundry staff to achieve compliance with the standards of the home.
- Plan duty roster and annual leave to ensure a continuous and adequate domestic and laundry service.
- Ordering and control of consumption and handling of all chemicals and products to ensure budgets are attained.
- To minimise the risk of accidents and waste by effective training and supervision.
- To complete all necessary documentation and administration to ensure smooth running of the department.
- To check all equipment/machinery to ensure that it is in safe working order and train all appropriate personnel in its correct use.
