Essential

  • The successful candidate must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current NMC pin. Experience in a similar role (e.g., Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead) and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team.

Disclosure and Barring Service Check

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary to submit for Disclosure to the DBS to check for any previous criminal convictions.
