Overview

- The successful candidate must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current NMC pin. Experience in a similar role (e.g., Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead) and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team.
