Main duties of the job:
- Providing high-quality, compassionate care to the residents.
- Working closely with the care team to ensure the residents' needs are met.
- Promoting residents' independence and dignity.
- Working night shifts, 36 hours per week, with alternate weekends required.
- Paid £20.70 per hour, with paid breaks.
