We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician based inside the M25. This is a full time, permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site repair and maintenance services, including building fabric repairs, plumbing, joinery, and compliance checks. The role involves diagnosing and resolving issues, ensuring safety and compliance, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key tasks include:
- Structural repairs
- Plumbing installations
- Joinery projects
- Water temperature testing
- Emergency lighting checks
- HVAC maintenance
Experience:
- Proven experience as a mobile engineer or handyman with expertise in electrical issues, building fabric repairs, plumbing, and joinery.
- Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment for on-site repair work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labour tasks.
