What You'll Be Doing
- Respond to meeting room, event and virtual office enquiries, providing a professional and personalized experience.
- Prepare proposals, contracts and booking documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct client tours, showcase our spaces and help convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and memberships.
- Manage meeting room and event bookings from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Follow up on virtual office enquiries and online purchases, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, becoming a trusted point of contact.
- Work closely with Front of House and operational teams to ensure meetings and events run smoothly.
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM and internal systems.
- Use technology, reporting tools and emerging AI solutions to improve efficiency, support decision‑making and enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure compliance documentation is completed and maintained in line with company requirements.
- Support Argyll's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) commitments by promoting sustainable practices and contributing positively to our workplace culture and communities.
- Resolve client queries professionally and effectively, delivering excellent service at every stage.
