Help shape a growing data function at Argyll. Do you enjoy turning complex data into insights that help a business understand what’s really driving performance? At Argyll, we create some of London’s most distinctive premium workspaces, combining exceptional service, elegant design and commercially driven thinking.

We are looking for a Data & Insights Analyst to join our growing Data & Insights team at an exciting stage of its development. Working closely with the Senior Data & Insights Manager, you will help improve reporting, uncover commercial insight and strengthen how data is used across the business. You’ll join at a pivotal stage as the function continues to evolve — giving you the opportunity to shape reporting, influence stakeholders and help embed a more data‑led culture across the organisation.

This role offers genuine variety — from dashboarding and commercial analysis to customer insight and business problem‑solving. We’re looking for someone who enjoys asking questions, exploring data and getting underneath the numbers — not just producing reports.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building and improving trusted Power BI dashboards and reporting used across the business
  • Analysing sales, customer, pricing and operational data
  • Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to support decision‑making
  • Supporting customer insight and survey analysis
  • Exploring how AI tools and emerging technologies can improve reporting, insight and business processes
  • Improving data quality, validation and reporting accuracy
  • Preparing clear reports and recommendations for stakeholders
  • Working with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a data, reporting, BI or analytics role
  • Strong Excel and Power BI skills
  • Confidence working across multiple datasets and improving data quality and consistency
  • Ability to structure problems, investigate trends and translate findings into practical insight
  • Ability to communicate insight clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
  • Commercial curiosity and a proactive mindset

SQL, Microsoft Dynamics or customer insight experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Why join Argyll?

  • Great Place to Work
  • UK’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces
  • Sunday Times Best Places to Work

You will be joining a newly established Data & Insights function where you can genuinely influence how data is used across the business. This is an opportunity to work on meaningful projects, partner with senior stakeholders and help shape a more data‑led culture.

At Argyll, we are also committed to continuous improvement, innovation and responsible business practices. We encourage our teams to think about how technology, AI and more sustainable ways of working can improve outcomes for both the business and our customers. As part of this, we want our people to think consciously about ESG, sustainability and long‑term business impact — using insight and innovation to support smarter, more responsible decision‑making across the organisation.

If you are excited by the idea of combining analysis, commercial thinking and stakeholder collaboration in a growing business, we would love to hear from you!
