We’re looking for a Customer Services Assistant to be at the heart of our buildings, making sure our clients and visitors have an effortless experience.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
What you’ll do
- Welcome and support clients and visitors.
- Help keep our workspaces running smoothly.
- Set up meeting rooms, events and catering.
- Complete day-to-day operational tasks and basic IT support.
- Spot problems, take ownership and find solutions.
- Work collaboratively across our buildings and teams.
What we’re looking for
You’ll be friendly, proactive and organised, with great attention to detail and a genuine passion for helping people.
You’ll enjoy working as part of a team, be confident using technology, including AI-enabled tools, and take pride in delivering high standards. You’ll also play your part in supporting our ESG commitments.
