Argyll Holidays is recruiting a Maintenance Technician to join the on site team at Drimsynie Estate Holiday Village in Lochgoilhead.

The role

  • Carrying out maintenance, repair, and renewal works across the holiday village.
  • Responding promptly to reactive maintenance issues and guest reported problems.
  • Completing joinery, plumbing, and minor electrical tasks where required.
  • Inspecting reported faults, sourcing parts, and completing repairs to a high standard.
  • Recording work completed and reporting job status to management.
  • Working closely with colleagues to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintaining a company vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition.

Working pattern

  • Five days out of seven.
  • Weekend working on a rota basis.
  • Participation in an on call rota.
  • Based on site at Drimsynie Estate, Lochgoilhead.

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in a maintenance role.
  • Practical skills in joinery, plumbing, and minor electrical work.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Caravan or lodge park experience is preferred but not essential.
