Argyll Holidays is recruiting a Maintenance Technician to join the on site team at Drimsynie Estate Holiday Village in Lochgoilhead.
The role
- Carrying out maintenance, repair, and renewal works across the holiday village.
- Responding promptly to reactive maintenance issues and guest reported problems.
- Completing joinery, plumbing, and minor electrical tasks where required.
- Inspecting reported faults, sourcing parts, and completing repairs to a high standard.
- Recording work completed and reporting job status to management.
- Working closely with colleagues to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintaining a company vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition.
Working pattern
- Five days out of seven.
- Weekend working on a rota basis.
- Participation in an on call rota.
- Based on site at Drimsynie Estate, Lochgoilhead.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a maintenance role.
- Practical skills in joinery, plumbing, and minor electrical work.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Caravan or lodge park experience is preferred but not essential.
