Shift Patterns: Day shifts - Monday-Fridays / Weekends / Holidays / Bank Holidays

Argyll Holidays have an exciting opportunity to become part of our Leisure Team as a Lifeguard here at Drimsynie Holiday Village.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring a safe, secure, and supervised environment for all guests and owners who visit the pool.
Undertaking Lifeguard responsibilities, including monitoring pools and activities, first aid requests and performing water rescues when necessary.
Providing excellent service, ensuring all guest questions and queries, are managed efficiently and professionally.
Following daily operational procedures, with the ability to action a team to respond to NOP/EAP procedures when required.
Ensuring all facilities are cleaned and well maintained.
Communicating with guests, and following all NOP and EAP training to ensure the delivery of an excellent service.

Experience Required

All applicants must hold a valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. RLSS qualification preferred.
Must be available to work at weekends and during school holidays/peak time.
