We currently have a vacancy for a Property Services Void Officer, based in the ACHA West Argyll area, covering the West area of ACHA stock, minus Islay,
The successful applicant needs to have a minimum of three higher grades or a recognised construction trade qualification.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience of working in either a construction or social housing environment along with membership of a professional or recognised trade body associated with Housing Maintenance or Construction would be an advantage.
The main purpose of this post is to deliver an effective, proactive void repairs service. Working with colleagues in Housing, and with our subsidiary AHFA, to help minimise void down time, thus reducing rent loss, in line with the organisation’s policies and procedures
As the job involves travelling between various locations within the West Argyll area, a full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is essential.
