Argyll Homes for All is seeking to recruit a Full Time - Fixed Term Estates Maintenance Operative based in the Mid Argyll or Oban area to deliver Grounds Maintenance & Gutter cleaning tasks as instructed by EM Supervisor / EM Manager to the performance standards expected by the Customer in a safe and professional manner and to ensure adherence to the Specification, Programme and Safe System of Work.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Grounds Maintenance and Gutter cleaning tasks as instructed by the EM Supervisor / EM Manager, in accordance with the specified standards and Safe System of Work.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Basic Disclosure Scotland check
- Full UK Driving Licence
