An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well organised, enthusiastic individual to join ACHA’s Housing & Neighbourhood Services Team to undertake a range of housing management duties for tenants in Islay.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer care to our tenants, which will include arrears management, estate inspections, anti-social behaviour and assistance with all other aspects of tenancy conditions. You will also be responsible for managing our properties that become vacant, ensuring that they are re let as quickly as possible.
Excellent IT skills are required as well as the ability to organise and prioritise your workload in an effective way. You should also possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to liaise effectively with customers and a variety of internal and external agencies.
