Requirements

  • Minimum of three higher grades or a recognised construction trade qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction or social housing environment.
  • Membership of a professional or recognised trade body associated with Housing Maintenance or Construction (advantage).
  • Full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an effective repairs and maintenance service to properties and assets owned or managed by the Association in line with the organisation’s policies and procedures.
  • Travel between various locations within the Lomond area.
