You will provide personalised, one-to-one coaching to build confidence, develop employability skills, and create pathways into meaningful, sustained employment through high-quality work placements.
The role is part-time (0.6FTE), fixed-term for 1 year, based in Dunoon or Rothesay. Driving licence is essential; closing date 14 October 2026.
