We are seeking a Childcare and Early Education Worker (CCEW) to join our small, supportive and nurturing team for 17.5 hours per week within our unique 2–18 school setting.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with children and young people, demonstrating patience, warmth and a clear commitment to supporting wellbeing, learning and development. Key skills include the ability to build positive relationships, work effectively as part of a team, and respond calmly to individual needs within a caring and inclusive environment.

Applicants do not need to be SSSC registered at the point of application but must be willing to register and work towards the required qualification. We welcome motivated individuals who are keen to develop their skills and grow within the role, with support from an experienced staff team.
