We are looking for a teacher of physics to join a dynamic science department that prides itself on supporting young people to develop a broad understanding of science as well as specific knowledge, skills and understanding necessary for further study in the sciences. The department has recently completed a redesign of its curriculum for S1-3 and has a strong track record of supporting young people into university courses in the sciences and beyond into industry. We have very strong links with local industry and third sector organisations. The science department is a close knit team that supports each other in, and beyond school and we are keen to welcome visitors and prospective applicants.
