Vacancies have arisen within the HR Development Team for temporary System Administrators, one full time 35 hour post and one part time 17.5 hour post.

Under the direction of the Programme Manager, the post holder will provide support for the design, specification, implementation, development and maintenance of new and existing systems we are responsible for to ensure that they continue to develop to meet the operational and management needs of the Council.

Working as part of a team you will provide support for the day-to-day administration of our HR & Payroll systems, including but not limited to operator access and profile maintenance, fault resolution and escalation as required, liaising with suppliers, arranging and implementing upgrades, UAT, Audit & compliance, GDPR, developing and introducing new functionality and processes, preparing guidance and system reporting.

A knowledge and experience of HR & Payroll systems is desirable but equally important you need to have a desire to make a difference, helping to support the priority for innovation and digital change.
