A vacancy has arisen for two Roadworker 2 to join our team in working for Argyll and Bute in the Helensburgh and Lomond area. Argyll and Bute is one of Scotland’s most stunning areas. As its award-winning council, we play a vital part in the day-to-day life and long-term future of our beautiful and diverse communities. The successful candidates will undertake structural and road maintenance works, including taking part in out of hours standby during summer/winter months to ensure roads are maintained in a safe condition. This is a temporary post until 31st March 2026, worked Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:00 and Friday 08:00 - 15:30. Previous experience in a roads maintenance environment is essential to this post.
