Pupil Support Teacher - Rothesay Area

Are you a committed primary or secondary teacher, with full GTCS registration, and with a passion for working in ASN? Join Argyll and Bute's Inclusion team as a Pupil Support Teacher in the Learning Centre at Rothesay Joint Campus. In this role you will plan for and teach learners across a variety of stages with a wide range of additional support needs, working within a supportive, dedicated and inclusive staff team in a vibrant school. This is a chance to make a difference to the lives of Argyll and Bute's children, and to expand and build on your own professional learning as part of our vision for Inclusion.

Please Note - Pay arrangements for those starting after 1st day of school session. In accordance with Teachers Conditions of Service (SNCT - Appendix 2.19), Teachers who commence employment with Argyll and Bute Council after the first day of the school session will have their salary for the remainder of the school salary year (which runs from 1 August to 31 July each year), recalculated to reflect how teachers accrue leave and pay. In these circumstances, a calculation will be carried out upon commencement of employment and leave and pay will be adjusted.
