As the locality lead for the Inclusion and Equality team for Oban, Lorn and the Isles, you will effectively lead a team to ensure that our schools are supported to meet the needs of learners, as well as working strategically across the Inclusion and Equalities team. You will collaborate with Educational Psychologists to develop and deliver training and supports to schools, modelling best approaches founded in GIRFEC principles.

You will engage in effective multi-agency working to meet the needs of children and families and foster strong relationships in the community.
